The NRA has opened up a gun club and you're all invited to join. With a large number of firearms to use in a variety of modes, gun lovers have a lot to do.

The massive gun collection ranges from hand guns, medium range rifles, long range rifles, to shotguns. All of these guns have pretty good recreations of the way the actual gun looks in real life. There are a couple different modes: Certification mode, used to unlock more weapons, Quick match mode, for playing against your friends, and Mini Games mode. The Mini Games mode includes darts, bowling, clay pigeon toss, and a shooting gallery.

The graphics in the game are pretty bland but not horrible. The presentation is bland overall; no background music or anything. You also can't use a light gun with it, which would have made it a better experience. I also can't see how this game received an E 10+ rating; it has 100 guns in it. A “T” for teen rating would be more appropriate.

Overall, NRA Gun Club is not a good game so I give it a low Evo Factor. There's really no reason to play this game anymore down the road because real first person shooters are available on the PS2 system. What would have made this game rewarding is to have the gun experience by using a light gun rather than a controller. The technology for the light gun has been around for a couple of years. There is not one good reason I can think of why this game was not programmed with that. Sorry Crave, but this old gun jammed on you this time.
