Ratchet Deadlocked, the fourth of its series, now has more action and more interactive game play. As Ratchet, you find yourself at the beginning of a universal popular T.V. action Show where the goal is to kill, destroy, or simply attack enemies till they are a bloody pulp. Though Ratchet is decked out with full armor, he has two robots willing to assist him on missions as well as blast enemies into tiny pieces. He also has vehicles like the Land Stalker, which is an all terrain “tank” that sports features like unlimited ammo and missiles. Not only that, a new weapon modification system is used to give an endless amount of weapon customization, which of course is better for blowing up your enemies. And just when you think that is all of the features, there's more. It can also be played online with up to 8 people!

The only few downsides to this game involve the environment. Though players can shoot at barriers till they explode, bullets and other forms of projectiles don't make a splash in the water, which isn't very realistic. However, they still give a nice punch on enemies. There is also a barrier that prevents you from exploring the temple on the first level (if you decide to veer from the mission). Overall this game provides some great new features, like the weapon modifications and new vehicles for your destructive pleasure.

Like before, Ratchet provides major entertainment for its players with a unique storyline and new weapons for players to use as they please. Though some ideas are not totally unique, Ratchet Deadlocked definitely gives the Ratchet and Clank Series a new look, feel, and style!
