One of the action-packed, high-paced arcade games has hit the Xbox 360! The single player mode is quite fun and there are a lot of achievements to unlock in this game. But be warned –it is very addicting!

There are 19 missions and upgrades for your tank, including six upgradeable weapons to enhance your game play experience. This is a very welcome addition to the game and I love it.  Unfortunately, there is a lot of confusion on the screen and it gets hectic at times as your TV fills up with planes, missles, bombs and other things to hinder your progress.

The Arcade Live Joystick is a match made in heaven for Heavy Weapon: Atomic Tank. You can really control the game with this stick, which is necessary if you’re going to battle real players over Xbox Live; I had a blast playing online. Be aware though: you will probably have to play with friends or you might get booted out. But I got my skills up and made a bunch of friends while playing Atomic Tank online.

The sounds and graphics in the game bring back memories. The only thing that’s missing is the quarter slot! Old school gamers will love the game play, and the music is right on point.  If you have MS points, Heavy Weapon: Atomic Tank is very worth it.
