Razer's line for top quality gaming accessories for the PC has been no less than perfect. Many accolades have been given to their gaming mat for effective use in gaming, but has anyone considered the practical usages of the mousepad. With today's optical mice, many have shunned the use of a mat for their mice but when the mouse starts to malfunction, the sky starts falling. Eventually instead of getting a better surface, people just tend to buy new mice. With Razer's Mantis Mat, not only does it come with either as a speed/control surface for gamers but its design is quite practical for non gaming use.

Students not using a graphic tablet to make adjustments can be rest assured that using their mice with this mat don't have to worry about hairlines in their projects. For those that work in the field of spreadsheets and numbers, the mat is oversized so you can continually move across the screen and not have to stop. The firm rubber base provides a comfortable foundation for that FPS (first person shooter) or a full 8 hour workday at the office.
