Dr. Pepper, one of America 's classic carbonated beverages releases a new flavor that is quite difficult to place. Dr. Pepper Berries and Cream is a new addition to the market that really doesn't look all too appealing.

The packaging is quite attractive with its red and purple hues, but does that really compensate for the taste? You get twelve ounces of something that looks like Dr Pepper. The taste is not quite cherry and not quite vanilla. The cream taste will make the soda seem too sweet or flat if it is warm. Actually, the taste really reminds me of Black Cherry Vanilla Coke with a hint of Dr. Pepper. As a first time taste, it's okay. However, it's not a flavor that I would have on an everyday basis.

OK, this is another fad food type item. Not only does the packaging scream novelty, but the product just tastes OK. It's another one of those sodas that you forget about after you taste it and buy again later on if you see it or are in the mood. Soda collectors should get this one in their cellars because it may not be around for long.
