Review Rating: Recommended

Synopsis:

In this issue of City of Heroes, the world is about to be attacked by a demon praised by the Thorns. Synapse and the rest of the heroes move out to fight the Thorns, but before they could put an end to the enemy's ritual, the heroes are put to sleep in the Forever Onyx with each of them trapped in a nightmare. Due to lack of time, another hero must rise to the occasion to stop the ceremony.

Like before, this series has a lot of action, drama, and little bits of comedy here and there. The plot line is hard to follow if you don't start from the beginning, and the art work is not the best but good enough for everyone to enjoy.

This comic has a good plot line with a few exceptions and decent artwork. Even though it has been adapted from the online computer game City of Heroes , it may hook the fans of the game as well as any other fan of the hero genre.
