City of Heroes #12

This series stems from a different group, revolving around Horus, War Witch, and Apex finding and facing their final battle with The Nictus. After this final issue, I've seen no more mention of Apex or Horus in any other of the City of Heroes expansions or comics.

The art is fairly good for the usual super hero standards, but the writing sometimes dips to a few cheap gags which leave me a bit confused. Unfortunately the characters don't seem to connect very well in this story. There also doesn't seem to be much impending doom as is implied throughout.
