For those who have never had a passion for Shouji Gatou’s work of school, guns, outrageous psychopaths, and comedy, it’s time to get some!  With Full Metal Panic Fumoffu, our stars Sousuke Sagara (Chris Patton) and Kaname Chidori (Luci Christian) return with their friends along with Bonta-Kun (a fictional character resembling a teddy bear) for an explosive high rate comedy.  Familiar voice actors will be returning as well such as Greg Ayres, Hilary Haag, and many more.

If viewers have never seen Full Metal Panic, the original within the series, then picking up a copy will still be safe!  In Fumoffu, there is no storyline whatsoever as there was in the first one, the most that can be puzzling is where the characters originated.  However, there is no need to worry about that as the characters will all be introduced and become familiarized with time.

This time it’s up to Sergeant Sagara to pull out his moves again as danger finds its way to his high school and dear Kaname.  It seems that Sousuke will have a lot more than to worry about this time than just defending Kaname, and it’s just his luck.  While surviving at Jindai High, Kaname and Sousuke bring times of laughter as they battle against many challenges.  With Sousuke’s military personality in blowing up any suspicious locker to hunting down women who send him love letters mistaken as hostile notes, Kaname isn’t getting off any better even away from the battle grounds.  It seems wherever Sousuke goes, there’s always an explosion of some sort and it’s up to Kaname herself to clean up after him.  So much for defending Ms. Chidori, sometimes Sousuke himself could be deemed the source of the dangers.  Poor, poor Kaname Chidori...

With only 12 episodes in all, this series has definitely proven its worth for one being really short.  I guarantee any anime fans and non-fans alike that it’s worth the time to pick up a copy and watch.  I also give Full Metal Panic Fumoffu’s Evolution Factor a medium for being quite low on its storyline.  At this rate, there will probably not be another series for this anime since it left off at a point to where no sources are portrayed about another set.  Although that is not the case, the anime itself is still great for its time period, which will grab many watchers attention in a flash of the heartbeat.
