Sei-Ann is a young woman who was an orphan since birth. She was raised by a noblewoman who was well-known by the royal family. She is a very ambitious young thing who will stop at nothing to become the First Lady of the Kingdom. As a fairly attractive young lady with the intelligence of a fox, Sei-Ann goes about her plan to wed the next Crown Prince. “Ever since she was a child, she knew that she was somehow special and was meant to go places.” This is where the story begins.

One fateful day the prince visits her guardian's residence to attend to some business. To Sei-Ann's surprise, he turns out to be a handsome young man who is just as charming. Before she can say a word, she is invited by the prince to work at the Royal Palace as a maid. All is not as innocent as it seems. Sei-Ann discovers the truth about her past and her familial ties to the royal family. She discovers her parents' fraudulent accusations of being traitors and also learns that the prince's brother is madly in love with her.

Intrigue and drama is truly the name of the game in this manga. There are layers of plot that one can dive into from the helpless romantic situations to the dark, mysterious truths about Sei-Ann's past. It is a well-written Cinderella story with illustrations that fit the descriptions. The dialogue ranges from funny to dry in some parts.

A modest Cinderella tale drawn in a manga style is the perfect read for teenage girls who are into the anime scene. The story is cute with loads of laughs that everyone can enjoy. The manga is recommended for ages 13 and up for comedic situations. The tale has a great story and dialogue, a definite series to pick up.
