Tokyo Mew Mew A La Mode! The exciting sequel of the hit manga Tokyo Mew Mew from Tokyo Pop is as adorable and food-filled as its predecessor.

The Original Tokyo Mew Mew took place in Tokyo , Japan. Ichigo and her friends, Zakuro, Mint, Lettuce and Pudding were five young girls who had gotten animal genes spliced into their own! This gave them powers to change into their “Mew Mew” form and allowed them ward off evil attackers from their beloved home. In Tokyo Mew Mew a La Mode, a new “Mew Mew” has been found! She has not one animal gene in her blood, but two! She is human, cat and rabbit all in one! The new Mew, Berry Shirayuki, faces with this new ability, hardships that every Mew must undoubtedly endure. But with the help of her new friends she strives to conquer them all!

The bad guys who feed on bunny blood and subliminal messaging are the two main plots of these sugary sweet and daringly dark sequel mangas. All elements combined, shape up to create a truly sensational read for any Mew Mew fan!

Tokyo Mew Mew a La Mode is a funny and easy read for anyone starting out in the world of Manga. The story line is filled with comedy and the dialogue is never dry. The manga is also affordable and a great gift for any manga lover.
